I had been having chest pains, and became panicked because I thought I may have been having a heart attack. This panicking only made the situation worse, and my chest pains became progressively worse. I used the medical feature in the alarm system because I didn’t know what else to do. They responded instantly and were able to get the ambulance out to our house quickly. They took me to the hospital in an ambulance and everything turned out well. I’m now doing better, and grateful that I had you NorthStar system in my time of need.

Customer Service Testimonial from Bonnie Marchant
July 1, 2008
This letter is to inform you of the very pleasant experience I had when I purchased a Northstar Security system from Jeremy Call.
Prior to his coming to my home, I had felt I should upgrade my security system, but did not connect with any of the "door to door" salesman who came. However, when Jeremy came to my home it was different. He very patiently answered all of my questions, then came back a few days later to see how I felt about changing from ADT to Northstar. I signed up for the new Northstar System and have thus far been very pleased.
Jeremy is an asset to your business and to your customers.
Sincerely,
Bonnie Marchant

Dear Jay:
I just wanted to write and thank you again for the wonderful customer service. When my mom's house was broken into, your company and personnel went above and beyond the call of duty to accomodate us in getting her house protected. You technician worked late on Thursday night ensuring that the house would be secure since the window would not lock. The window was the one the thieves had pried open and they messed up the lock in the process. Also, we were able to have the house monitored when my mom returned home and it helped her greatly in feeling safter in her home.
I will be telling everyone I know that if they are considering an alarm system, your company is the one they should go with. I cannot tell you how much it meant to have your compassion and understanding at this time and how grateful we are the have the kind of service you offered.
Please feel free to use any of our family for a reference if you ever need one.
Thank you again,
Terri Ellen Dover

July 25, 2007
A tamper signal was sent to the monitoring station from a panel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The customer was called and woken up. Upon a quick inspection they discovered that their garage was on fire. They did not have a smoke detector located in the garage, however, the panel was mounted on the opposite side of the interior garage wall and when it became exceedingly hot it sent a tamper signal. The fire department was immediately dispatched and the rest of the home was saved from the fire.

Dear Sir,
I recently purchased one of your alarm systems from your employee Gabe Martinez. I wanted to let you know what a wonderful employee you have with Gabe. Usually salesman turn me off with high pressure sales speech. Gabe explained the information on the system but never once said you must buy this. After Gabe had explained it to me, I shocked him and said I want to have a system installed. I explained to Gabe I would feel more comfortable since I am a widow and the past year I have had (3) three major surgery and regretfully have to have another heart surgery again. I had cancer surgery, heart surgery, and surgery on both eyes this past year.
I worked for 30 years for the Marine Corps in a Civilian employee and I told Gabe I received (my boss received) many appreciation letters from customers. I really appreciated each letter.
You have an outstanding employee with Gabe Martinez. You are very fortunate to have Gabe Martinez as your employee.
Please let Gabe know I think he's the greatest salesman I ever bought anything from.
Please pass on my appreciation to Gabe Martinez.
Thank you!
