I recently purchased one of your alarm systems from your employee Gabe Martinez. I wanted to let you know what a wonderful employee you have with Gabe. Usually salesman turn me off with high pressure sales speech. Gabe explained the information on the system but never once said you must buy this. After Gabe had explained it to me, I shocked him and said I want to have a system installed. I explained to Gabe I would feel more comfortable since I am a widow and the past year I have had (3) three major surgery and regretfully have to have another heart surgery again. I had cancer surgery, heart surgery, and surgery on both eyes this past year.

I worked for 30 years for the Marine Corps in a Civilian employee and I told Gabe I received (my boss received) many appreciation letters from customers. I really appreciated each letter.
